Arc On Circle

Selection prerequisites: A circle and two points on that circle; or a center point and two other points equally distant from the center point.

Constructs an arc on the given circle or with the given center, bounded by the selected circumference points.

The arc is constructed counter-clockwise from the first selected circumference point to the second. The order in which you select the points determines whether the constructed arc is a minor or major arc.
